ISUZU FTR GIGA Skip loader operating system of the swing arm garbage truck consists of a power take-off, oil pump, manual multi way directional valve, one-way hydraulic lock, balance valve, oil pipe, oil tank, etc. The entire system is powered by the car gearbox and power take-off, and the manual multi way directional valve controls the leg cylinder and swing arm cylinder to perform extension and contraction movements. The swing arm mechanism of the Isuzu swing arm garbage truck is composed of box shaped structural components made of steel plates. Its main function is to be driven by a multi way valve to rotate the swing arm around the axis, thereby lifting the garbage hopper and performing tipping motion on the garbage hopper. The garbage bin is separated from the vehicle body, completing the recycling of one and multiple bins, greatly reducing the cost of municipal sanitation.

SWING ARM GARBAGE TRUCK operational process
The operational process is straightforward and efficient:1. The driver positions the truck near a waste container.2. The swing arm extends out, latches onto the container.3. The arm then lifts the container in a smooth, arcing motion over the truck's cab.4. It tips the container's contents into the hopper (loading area) of the truck's compactor body.5.
