Prosper Motors today announced a significant milestone with the successful shipment of eight specialized ISUZU NPS 6,000-liter refueling truck units to Sierra Leone. Designed and engineered for the demanding conditions of West Africa, these robust fuel truck vehicles are set to enhance mobile fuel distribution and support the economic development of the region.
Built on the proven QINGLING ISUZU NPS 4x4 chassis, these trucks are engineered for superior off-road capability and reliability. The heart of this fuel tank truck is the powerful ISUZU 4HK1 series engine, rated between 190-205 horsepower. Critically engineered for African operational ease, this engine configuration eliminates the need for a DPF and AdBlue fluid, making it ideally suited for markets with Euro III-equivalent emission standards like Sierra Leone. Power is delivered through a reliable QINGLING 6-speed manual transmission (6MT) to all-terrain tires, while the rear single-tire setup optimizes load-bearing and mobility.

Key Upfitting & Operational Features:
Durable Tank: The 6-cubic-meter fuel tank is constructed from 5mm thick Q235B carbon steel and features a comprehensive electrophoretic coating for maximum corrosion resistance.
High-Flow Fuel Delivery: Equipped with a 60/30 high-flow aluminum alloy dual fuel pump, a Zhenxing high-flow fuel dispenser, hose reel, and nozzle, enabling rapid and efficient refueling operations in the field.
Enhanced Safety & Accessibility: The unit includes an aluminum manhole cover, aluminum manual guardrails, a rear ladder, and a uniquely positioned spare tire hoisted between the cab and tank for easy access and protection.
This versatile refueling truck transcends the function of a standard Isuzu China fuel truck. Its integrated 4x4 drive system allows it to operate as a mobile fuel station, capable of reaching remote mining sites, construction projects, and agricultural areas where traditional fuel stations are unavailable.
